Sewing ruffle to pant edge Use ruffle as a guide on where to cut pants Line up the bottom of the ruffle to the hem of the pants, cut the pants right at tnd 2 of sc. Pic sc sts on wrong side of the pant and pin so that the cut edge of the pants falls about half way down first dc rnd, sew by machine making sure you catch the sc rows. To better secure it go over the straight st with a zig zag st. pant edge will fray in the wash.
